Hi, I am Tricia Manning.
I am many things including a wife, mother, author, business owner and executive leadership coach. My meaningful work is supporting leaders who are focused on elevating their careers - helping them see new possibilities for their leadership, setting big goals, and achieve them.
What I love the most? When these smart, amazing people I coach - these leaders, these achievers – accept that they are people too – with whole, beautiful, abundant lives. And that they are more in control than they realize to live a life with ease and joy as they pursue their goals.

How can you show up as your best self in your career if you are not performing your best with your family or more importantly, for yourself?
This was me and for years I was a master at compartmentalizing all parts of my life. I lived with apology, self-doubt, perfectionism, and daily self-talk that I wasn’t doing it all good enough, fast enough, hard enough.
It took time to unlearn these self-defeating behaviors and it took a commitment to build new, supportive habits and daily practices that demonstrated grace, self-compassion, and kindness to myself first.
I see the most accomplished leaders struggle with this idea daily. There is too much self-doubt and honoring of the inner critic. There is not enough inner advocate and positive self-talk and self-belief that builds confidence, worth and strength every day.
I made the shift & elevated my focus on all aspects of my life, and I can show you how, too.
All it takes is a 45-day commitment to be kind to yourself…to find one small way to practice self-compassion daily.
