Negative self-talk is so common! It is a self-defeating behaviors that I see in many of my clients and truth be told, I was a master at it myself.
What we tell ourselves has a direct impact on our confidence and our belief in our own abilities.
This may seem simple but calling yourself out for your negative self-talk is one of the best ways to stop doing it. This forces you to acknowledge the way you are speaking to yourself and gives you a chance to replace those negative messages with positive ones.
The first step to shifting this negative talk track is creating awareness of when it is happening.

Many times just creating the awareness when it is happening will minimize the behavior!
